Question to GM/Admin, pls no useless answer

Hi GM!
Just a question, did something changed in fame system?
I think last war, i lost 3 - 5 times fame from the same player within 10minutes?
is there a way to break the 10 or 15minutes fame break? is there a way to earn faster fame? did u change something ?

i am realy interrested...
