Rules Of Conduct


THE FOLLOWING ARE THE BASIC RULES OF CONDUCT THAT GOVERN PLAYER INTERACTION AND ACTIVITIES WITHIN RYL2REUNION AND IN THE OFFICIAL RYL2REUNION FORUMS. FAILURE TO ACT RESPONSIBLY AND TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WITHIN RYL2REUNION AND IN THE OFFICIAL RYL2REUNION FORUMS MAY RESULT IN ACTION BEING TAKEN AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT, WHICH MAY INCLUDE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY WARNING OF ANY KIND.

THE RULES OF CONDUCT (ROC) ARE:

1. While playing Ryl2Reunion, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players.

2. You may not post or communicate any player's real world information (name, address, account name, etc.) through the Ryl2Reunion or on the official Ryl2Reunion Web site.

3. You may not use any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language in the game. The Gamemasters will have sole discretion on what constitutes improper language based on existing laws and morals.

4. When communicating in Ryl2Reunion using Public Chat (Chat that can be viewed by more than 2 persons), you may not spam, flood, or make duplicate posts. Spamming is simply typing in anything senselessly for no reason at all, as for flooding, it's the act of repeatedly typing in what’s already been said over and over again. Duplicate post is simply duplicating what was already said by others or in a way cloning what was said by others, is also considered an offense.

5. You may not post or link to any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive site, imagery or content.

6. You may not impersonate any [GM], past or present, including any Customer Support personnel.

7. You may not modify any part of the Ryl2Reunion Client, Server or any part of the official Ryl2Reunion Webpage located at http://www.Ryl2Reunion.com

8. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while on Ryl2Reunion Game or on the official Ryl2Reunion Website.

9. You may not market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the Ryl2Reunion Online game or on the official Ryl2Reunion Website.

10. You may not advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to any Ryl2Reunion account.
Important: If you participate in any form of these transactions, you void your right to Game Master support and in the event you lose any item in a trade or scam, no restores will be given.

11. You will follow the instructions of the GM while in Ryl2Reunion or on the Official Ryl2Reunion Forums.

12. You may not organize nor be a member of any guilds or groups within Ryl2Reunion that are based on, or espouse, any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or other hate-mongering philosophies.

13. You may not give false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your Ryl2Reunion account. Note: These details are used for account security purposes so providing accurate and proper information is a must.

14. You will not upload or transmit on Ryl2Reunion or on the Ryl2Reunion Website any copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.

15. You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running Ryl2Reunion.

16. You will not exploit any bug in Ryl2Reunion and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits in game. It is not normally a part of the game but is a part of a program. It is considered a glitch or an error which tend to cause harm to the game itself.), either directly or through public posting, to any other user of Ryl2Reunion. You will promptly report any such bug via the "Bug Reporting" Section located at
http://www.Ryl2Reunion.com/forum

17. You will not create, use or provide any server emulator or other site where Ryl2Reunion may be played, and you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to Ryl2Reunion without the expressed written permission of Ryl2Reunion Team,

18. For offenses regarding the rules stated above, A [GM] will personally advise the player, and / or suspend the account for an indefinite period as soon as it is discovered and will be subjected to further investigation. You may be notified of this suspension either in-game or by email. Depending on the nature of the interference and damaged caused, the account may also be subjected to disciplinary action including suspension or banning. A Game Master will contact you to inform you of any disciplinary action that might be initiated.


Rules of Conduct may change from time to time and without prior notice.
All penalties and sanctions are subject to a Game Master/Administrator’s discretion and will be applied according to circumstance.

Victims of scams in-game and other avenues of communication will not be eligible for item restores but the proven guilty scammer will be subject to penalties.

Penalty Guide

All penalties that concern the forums are also applied to the forums. Implementation of these penalties will follow the following procedure:

1. GM will send a message to the player
2. GM will kick-out the player
3. GM will apply the necessary penalty
4. An email will be sent to the player regarding his / her violation
